Entity Field

• What it does: Identifies the one to one and one to many attributes in the entity.
• How to use it: Enter the field name or select it from the drop down.

Show First Line Header checkbox

• What it does: If checked, the application generates the correspondence with the first line in the bookmark as a header for the entire table. Otherwise, the header repeats for each individual collection record.
• How to use it: Click to check or uncheck.

ID

• What it does: Bookmark IDs from the template.
• How to use it: Populates automatically from the template or enter the text.

Data Type

• What it does: Identifies whether the data is string, int, etc.
• How to use it: Select from the drop down.

Data Format

• What it does: Identifies the data format if the field is SSN, date, etc.
• How to use it: Enter the data or select from the drop down.

Entity Field

• What it does: Identifies the entity columns.
• How to use it: Enter the field name or select from the drop down.
