Title

• What it does: Displays at the top of the file; what the BPM is "called".
• How to use it: Enter the title.

Effective Date

• What it does: Date from which the BPM is effective/applicable.
• How to use it: Enter the date.

Resource

• What it does: Framework security table ID that controls who can access the BPM.
• How to use it: Enter the ID.
• Other notes: -1 means all users can access the BPM.

Locked checkbox

• What it does: Locks the BPM elements (does not allow you to move/drag the BPM elements).
• How to use it: Click to check or uncheck.

Reusable checkbox

• What it does: Determines whether the BPM process(es) can be called in other BPM maps.
• How to use it: Click to check or uncheck.
