Details icon

• Location: Top left file menu.
• What it does: Opens the file details.
• How to use it: Click the icon.

Save icon

• Location: Top left file menu (second from left).
• What it does: Saves the selected open file.
• How to use it: Click the icon..
• Other notes: Files with unsaved changes have an asterisk next to the file title in the top right corner. Saving removes the asterisk.

Undo icon

• Location: Top left file menu (third from left).
• What it does: Reverts file back to the state before you made the last change.
• How to use it: Click the icon when you have made a mistake and you want to revert to the way the file was before you made the change.
• Other notes: If the file has been saved, you cannot undo any changes.

Redo icon

• Location: Top left file menu (fourth from left).
• What it does: After you have undone a change, you can redo, which reinstates the original change.
• How to use it: Click the icon after you've undone a change in order to reinstate the original change.
  
• Other notes: If the file has been saved, you cannot redo an undone change.

File Title

• Location: Center of the file menu title bar.
• What it does: Identifies the file you are configuring as well as whether it has unsaved changes.
• How to use it: If the title has an asterisk at the end, the file has unsaved changes. If it doesn't, there are no unsaved changes.

Show as Image icon

• Location: Top right file menu (first from left).
• What it does: Displays the BPM map as an image in a new tab.
• How to use it: Click the icon.

Deploy Map icon

• Location: Top right file menu (second from left).
• What it does: Creates the process configuration records.
• How to use it: Click the icon.
  
• Other notes: Before deploying, make sure the file has no unsaved changes.

Re-Deploy Map icon

• Location: Top right file menu (third from left).
• What it does: Updates the existing process configuration records.
• How to use it: Click the icon.

Load Versions icon

• Location: Top right file menu (fourth from left).
• What it does: Loads BPM versions (if any).
• How to use it: Click the icon.

View Source icon

• Location: Top right file menu (third from right).
• What it does: Displays the XML source code of the current screen.
• How to use it: Click the icon.

View Design icon

• Location: Top right file menu (first from left).
• What it does: Displays design view.
• How to use it: Click the icon.
  
• Other notes: Appears when you click the View Source icon.

Pin File icon

• Location: Top right file menu (second from right).
• What it does: Allows you to pin files to the dashboard.
• How to use it: Click the icon.

Close File icon

• Location: Top right of the file (first from right).
• What it does: Closes the file that is currently open.
• How to use it: Click the icon.
• Other notes: Save the file before closing.
