Once the questionnaire wizard is launched (via the application menu or by clicking a control on an application screen), the process of completing it is no different from completing any wizard in the application. The user follows the instructions on the wizard and fills out the questions as directed, then finishes the wizard to submit the information they entered.
Upon submission, the application creates a record with the information the user entered into the questionnaire called an Answer Set. Application users can view any Answer Set record at any time to see how various users answered the questionnaire.
