Questionnaire Wizard Configuration

It is possible to configure a maintenance form with a questionnaire, but best practice is to use a wizard form.

Configuring a wizard form for a questionnaire is no different from configuring any wizard: you will need buttons to move forward or backward from steps, and you will need a button to finish the wizard and submit the information.

The control that differentiates a questionnaire wizard from any other wizard is the questionnaire panel. This is a panel that is bound to the C# questionnaire property. The property references the Question Set ID, and that is how the wizard can display the question set in the application.

Each Questionnaire panel can be bound to only one questionnaire property, which can be bound to only one question set. Therefore, each questionnaire panel displays a single question set. You may configure a wizard with more than one questionnaire panel, but best practice is to keep a relationship of one questionnaire panel per wizard. It makes it easier for internal users to view the wizard answers in the application.

Once the wizard is configured, you must enable accessing it in the application somehow. You can either add it to the site map so it is available from an application menu, or you can configure a form control to launch it.
